Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Promosi dan Penjualan to join our fast‑growing sales team. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns across online and offline channels to increase product awareness.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold‑calling, networking events, and social media outreach.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline by conducting regular follow‑ups, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with brand messaging and seasonal initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rate, average deal size, and revenue growth.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide post‑sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
  • Handle high‑pressure situations with professionalism, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age range: 20‑28 years.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • At least 0‑1 year of experience in sales, promotion, or a related field; prior experience in the desired industry is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) and basic English proficiency.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with digital marketing tools.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and eager to continuously develop sales techniques.
