Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and recommend menu items to maximize sales.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor, ensuring all promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock quality, and rotating products.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Monitor daily sales performance, prepare basic reports, and suggest actionable improvements to management.
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment.
- Utilize personal transportation when needed to deliver supplies or perform outreach activities within the Cianjur area.
- Participate in regular team meetings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 20 years or older; no maximum age limit.

- Prior experience in the FNB sector is preferred, though candidates with strong customer‑service aptitude are welcomed.

- Residency in Cianjur or surrounding areas to ensure reliable attendance.

- Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
