Introduction
PT. ABC Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Kredit Marketing (Surveyor) to join our growing team in Tanjung Selor. This role is pivotal in expanding our credit product portfolio, building strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, and ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end credit application process. The successful candidate will act as the face of the company in the field, representing our commitment to integrity, transparency, and superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Proactively offer and explain the company’s credit and financing products to both existing clients and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, including dealerships, retail partners, and direct sales leads.
- Collect initial customer data, conduct thorough verification, and assemble all required documentation for credit applications.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of each application, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, liaise with underwriting teams, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with clear information regarding repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional obligations.
- Follow up on outstanding payments, negotiate repayment terms when necessary, and assist customers in resolving any issues that may arise during the loan lifecycle.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Participate in community events and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financing solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 from any discipline; graduates from technical, business, or finance programs are especially encouraged.
- Age: Maximum 29 years at the time of application.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational requirements).
- Work experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; however, at least 1 year of experience in credit marketing, loan origination, or a related field is considered a strong advantage.

- High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Resilience and perseverance in a fast‑paced environment.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
