Responsibilities
- Assist the studio manager in preparing daily workstations, ensuring that sewing machines, fabrics, and accessories are organized and ready for use.
- Coordinate and schedule photo‑shoot sessions, liaising with models, photographers, and stylists to guarantee smooth execution.
- Perform basic stitching tasks, including straight‑line machine seams and hand‑sewing finishes, to support sample production.
- Maintain inventory records of fabrics, trims, and finished goods, conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Update Parvati Attire’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok) with behind‑the‑scenes content, product highlights, and engagement‑driven stories.
- Provide excellent front‑desk service by greeting visitors, answering phone inquiries, and assisting customers with product information.
- Support the design team by preparing mood boards, fabric swatches, and reference material for upcoming collections.
- Help with packaging, labeling, and dispatch of orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Contribute ideas during weekly creative meetings, offering fresh perspectives on trends, styling, and studio workflow.
- Uphold health and safety standards within the studio, keeping the workspace clean and organized.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in fashion design or garment construction is highly preferred.
- Female candidates, aged 28 years or younger, residing preferably in Malang.
- Basic sewing proficiency (machine straight stitch and hand stitching) is a strong plus.
- Active user of Instagram and TikTok with an open, non‑private account to showcase personal creativity.
- Excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and a strong service mindset.
- High level of honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable working flexible hours: Monday to Sunday, 16:00‑20:00.
