Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Tim Produksi Konten Multimedia (Multimedia Content Production Team). As a core member of our creative engine, you will help design, produce, and deliver engaging visual and audio content for a variety of platforms, including social media, corporate websites, and broadcast channels. This role is ideal for recent graduates or anyone with a strong passion for storytelling, technology, and continuous learning. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and provides an environment that values health, integrity, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, script, and storyboard multimedia projects in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- Operate cameras, lighting rigs, and audio equipment to capture high‑quality footage in studio or on‑location shoots.
- Edit raw video and audio using industry‑standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) to create polished final products.
- Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library, ensuring proper naming conventions, version control, and backup procedures.
- Adhere to company operational standards, safety guidelines, and cleanliness protocols to keep the workspace safe and efficient.
- Continuously evaluate content performance metrics and propose improvements to increase audience engagement.
- Participate in regular team briefings, share creative ideas, and support colleagues in achieving collective project deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
