Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Administrator Penjualan dan Layanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic sales and customer‑service team. This role serves as the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that order processing, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices using internal software such as Accurate or comparable ERP systems.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product information and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and follow up on pending orders.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance indicators for management review.
  • Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, price lists, and sales presentations.
  • Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and ensure that all administrative tools (MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software) are up to date.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers by gathering required documentation and guiding them through the registration process.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance department to reconcile payments, address billing discrepancies, and ensure timely collection.
  • Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Age: Candidates up to 30 years old are preferred, but we value talent above age.
  • Experience: At least 1‑2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer‑service role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting or ERP software such as Accurate.
  • Core Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Personal Attributes: Team‑oriented mindset, high level of reliability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
