Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct comprehensive credit feasibility surveys, gathering financial data and market intelligence to support decision‑making.
- Perform detailed credit analysis, evaluating risk factors, repayment capacity, and collateral to determine creditworthiness.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and cross‑selling financial products.
- Prepare accurate reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting portfolio performance, risk exposure, and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, legal, and collections to streamline processes and resolve client issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, financing solutions, and market dynamics to provide informed advice to clients.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, monitor account health, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Support the development of promotional campaigns and participate in trade shows or networking events to expand the company’s market presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.75.
- At least 1 year of experience in account management, credit analysis, or sales; fresh graduates with strong internships are also welcome.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and ability to operate a motorcycle or car for client visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset: detail‑oriented, critical, persistent, and disciplined.
- High integrity, loyalty, and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Fundamental knowledge of financing products, credit procedures, and risk assessment.
- Flexibility to adapt to market changes and a proactive approach to problem solving.
