Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sales activities within the assigned territory, identifying and engaging potential customers for Indibiz’s product portfolio.
- Perform on‑site market surveys to gather competitor intelligence, customer preferences, and emerging trends that influence buying decisions.
- Collect and distribute Indibiz Telkom products, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by applying effective negotiation and persuasion techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls, leads, and transactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager and support teams to develop localized sales strategies.
- Report daily activity summaries and sales forecasts to management, highlighting any obstacles or opportunities.
- Uphold Indibiz’s brand reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to company policies.
- Participate in periodic sales meetings, workshops, and product knowledge sessions to stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age group are welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 0+ years of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Personal Transportation: Own a motorcycle and a valid SIM C driving license.
- Passion for sales and field work, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
- Good understanding of telecommunications products and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Physical and mental fitness to handle a full day of field activities (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
