Responsibilities

- Identify critical talent needs across all functions, overseeing both recruitment initiatives and internal development programs.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to design targeted sourcing campaigns, interview processes, and onboarding experiences that attract high‑quality candidates.
- Create and maintain succession plans and talent maps to ensure continuity for key roles and future leadership pipelines.

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business‑partner or strategic HR role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing senior leaders and building trust across departments.
