Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Keuangan Marketplace to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce finance team. Based in Sidoarjo, the role focuses on managing daily financial operations for our multi‑platform marketplace sales (Shopee, Tokopedia, and others). The successful candidate will be a proactive, analytical individual who enjoys working with numbers, collaborating across departments, and ensuring financial data integrity in a dynamic online retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify daily marketplace sales data into the accounting system (Accurate) to maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
- Perform comprehensive reconciliation of transaction amounts, balances, and payment receipts from each marketplace channel.
- Validate all fees, commissions, vouchers, logistics costs, and other deductions, ensuring proper documentation and proper posting.
- Record and track return transactions (including “nota merah”) and verify that all supporting documents are complete and compliant.
- Monitor transaction variances, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with Sales, Operations, and Accounting teams.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—to facilitate smooth audits and regulatory reviews.
- Assist in preparing periodic financial reports, providing insights on marketplace performance and cost trends.
- Support month‑end closing activities, helping to ensure that revenue recognition and expense allocation adhere to company policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting automation or process enhancements for data entry and reconciliation.
- Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis for special projects, such as promotional campaigns or new marketplace integrations.
Requirements
- Female candidates, age 20‑24 (maximum 25 years).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a marketplace or e‑commerce setting.
- Strong numerical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work with large data sets.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
- High integrity, responsibility, and excellent coordination skills across sales, operations, and accounting departments.
- Residency in or near Sidoarjo is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketplace reporting tools (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc.) and knowledge of return processes and logistics cost structures is a plus.
- Soft skills: effective communication, problem‑solving mindset, adaptability to fast‑changing e‑commerce environments, and a customer‑oriented attitude.
- Technical skills: basic proficiency in accounting software (Accurate), MS Excel, and an understanding of budgeting, credit, and financial risk evaluation.
