Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Cabang Operasional Utama to join our dynamic logistics and supply‑chain team. This pivotal role supports the daily operations of our branch, ensuring that data flows smoothly, documentation is meticulously maintained, and communication channels remain open and efficient. The successful candidate will work closely with the operational staff, providing essential administrative assistance that drives accuracy, timeliness, and overall service quality.

The position is based at our main branch, operating Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00. We value individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, exhibit strong teamwork, and possess a solid foundation in office software, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and validate daily shipment data and generate corresponding reports.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic document archives, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
  • Administer manifest and receipt (resi) records, guaranteeing accuracy for inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for management review.
  • Provide data support and coordination for the operational team, assisting in scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Handle inbound telephone calls, email inquiries, and internal communications, acting as the first point of contact for operational queries.
  • Assist with miscellaneous operational tasks such as inventory checks, shipment preparation, and on‑site audit support.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative or operational experience in a logistics or transportation environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document handling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey information clearly to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting, showing flexibility and a collaborative spirit.
  • Male candidates are preferred as per the current hiring policy.
  • Ability to work the scheduled hours of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
