Introduction

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, ensuring punctuality, compliance with route schedules, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate and monitor the performance of drivers and support staff, providing coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
- Maintain accurate operational records, including vehicle logs, maintenance reports, and incident documentation.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce strict compliance with traffic regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, propose process enhancements, and implement best‑practice procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, coordinating with emergency services and internal teams to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and present weekly performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as on‑time delivery, fuel consumption, and incident rates.
- Facilitate teamwork by encouraging open communication, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of mutual respect.
- Ensure all vehicles undergo scheduled maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs to maintain optimal operational readiness.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new operational staff, emphasizing safety, customer service, and company values.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in operational supervision, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey instructions clearly.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Hands‑on experience with motorized vehicles, including routine checks and basic troubleshooting.
- Proficient in using basic office software and operational management tools.
