Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staff Gudang – Pengelola Persediaan dan Logistik to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth inventory flow, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and supporting overall supply‑chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, possess strong communication abilities, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where teamwork and discipline are essential.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.
- Organize warehouse space using systematic storage methods (FIFO, LIFO, or zone picking) to maximize efficiency and minimize product damage.
- Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile physical inventory with system data, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and pack orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and according to company policies.
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, sales, and production departments to forecast inventory needs and prevent stock‑outs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following health‑and‑safety standards and conducting routine housekeeping tasks.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce lead times and lower operational costs.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by responding quickly to inquiries about inventory status and order progress.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and sharing responsibilities.
- High level of responsibility, honesty, and discipline in daily tasks.
- Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy, especially with inventory management software or Excel.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
