Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain in‑depth product knowledge to effectively recommend items, answer queries, and upsell complementary goods.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions, handle cash, and issue receipts.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Execute visual merchandising standards, arrange displays, and keep the sales floor tidy and well‑presented.
- Assist in receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and organizing back‑room storage.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute ideas for promotional events.
- Adhere to company policies regarding safety, security, and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product lines, sales techniques, and retail best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Polished appearance, warm personality, and strong communication skills.
- Genuine interest in customer service and retail environments.
- Basic proficiency with store management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Required documents: Updated CV, cover letter, photocopy of family card (KK), diploma, and KTP.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
