We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused Senior Counter Sales Staff to join our fast‑growing retail team. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a courteous, professional manner, ensuring every interaction reflects the company’s service standards.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and accurately, tailoring recommendations to each customer’s needs.
  • Achieve and exceed the weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities that highlight new releases and special offers.
  • Maintain an organized and attractive sales floor, including product displays, signage, and merchandising layouts.
  • Keep the store environment clean, safe, and well‑stocked, performing regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, inventory staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback and market trends to help shape future product selections and promotional strategies.
  • Utilize Android and iOS devices for point‑of‑sale transactions, inventory management, and customer relationship tools.
  • Participate in scheduled shifts, including one weekly overtime session, and adapt to a Tuesday‑to‑Sunday work schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong public‑speaking abilities and confidence when presenting products.
  • Passion for and knowledge of current consumer‑electronics trends, especially smartphones and accessories.
  • Physically fit appearance with a professional demeanor; ability to maintain a neat personal presentation.
  • Proficiency in using both Android and iOS platforms for sales and communication tools.
  • Flexibility to work shifts from 08:00 to 17:00 and willingness to perform overtime once per week.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, retail sales management, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • No prior work experience required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
