Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Administrasi Keuangan & Pemasaran Kredit to join our dynamic team in Pangkalan Bun. This role is central to ensuring smooth financial administration and supporting credit marketing initiatives across the office. The successful candidate will work closely with both the finance and sales departments, handling daily paperwork, processing transactions, and providing reliable communication support.
Responsibilities
- Execute all routine office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document verification.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist the credit marketing team by compiling customer data, generating reports, and maintaining up‑to‑date marketing materials.
- Coordinate with banks and external partners to process loan applications, monitor repayment schedules, and follow up on pending documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring messages are relayed promptly to relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash flow, petty cash, and expense reports, adhering to company accounting policies.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and assist auditors during periodic reviews.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, propose streamlined workflows, and help implement best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries regarding credit products and payment procedures.
- Work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, ensuring consistent office coverage and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior work experience required.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office, email, and internet tools).
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly through phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
