Responsibilities
- Assist customers in evaluating and processing pawn‑broking transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of collateral appraisal, loan disbursement, and repayment schedules using PGI’s proprietary management system.
- Provide clear, courteous communication to clients regarding loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Collaborate with branch managers and senior staff to achieve daily sales targets and improve overall branch performance.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current on industry best practices, financial products, and customer service techniques.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, digital initiatives, and community outreach programs that enhance the brand’s reputation.
- Uphold the company’s ethical standards by safeguarding client information and ensuring the confidentiality of all transactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Open to candidates of any gender.
- No prior work experience required – fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication etiquette, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Basic numeracy skills and comfort handling cash and documentation.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a customer‑focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 07:45 to 19:15, with shift rotation as needed.
- Proficiency in using computers and willingness to learn PGI’s internal software platforms.
