Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary accommodations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, ensuring special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a courteous and timely manner, adhering to the outlet’s standards for presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout service, anticipate guest needs, and respond to any concerns or complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables, polishing glassware, and ensuring proper table settings.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow waitstaff to coordinate smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and process payments in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs, providing feedback on guest experiences and operational challenges.
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and equipment maintenance.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of food and adherence to sanitation protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 19‑27 years old; candidates must be single and able to work flexible schedules.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Work ethic: Demonstrated willingness to work diligently, a professional attitude, and a strong sense of honesty and reliability.
- Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid motorcycle license and be able to commute to the outlet.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, a genuine interest in food and beverage service is essential.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of food and drink service, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
