Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits in the Purwokerto metropolitan area to collect, verify, and record data according to client specifications.
- Perform credit‑related field collection tasks, including the verification of borrower information, documentation of payment status, and assessment of asset conditions.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, ensuring all collected data is entered into the central database promptly and without errors.
- Engage with local residents, business owners, and stakeholders in a professional manner, building trust and ensuring cooperation.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, fraud indicators, or unusual patterns observed during field work.
- Coordinate with the regional supervisor to schedule visits, prioritize high‑risk accounts, and adjust routes for optimal efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to the office team via mobile communication tools, including photographs, scanned documents, and GPS coordinates.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, company policies, and legal regulations while operating in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 55 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in field collection, credit collection, or related field work.
- Possession of a valid and active SIM C (motorcycle license) and personal motorcycle for daily commuting.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Purwokerto city area, including neighborhoods, major streets, and local landmarks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts on site.
- Quick adaptability to changing client requirements and dynamic work schedules.
- Basic computer literacy for using mobile data‑entry applications and reporting tools.
- For candidates with prior field collection experience, please provide:
- Letter of work experience or reference letter.
- Paklaring (certificate of work history).
- Employment verification letter or any document that confirms previous collector responsibilities.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime as project demands dictate.
