Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Sales Lapangan FMCG to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team covering the entire Kalimantan region, with a primary focus on the Singkawang area. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in a field‑based environment, enjoy building relationships with small‑scale retailers, and are eager to drive brand penetration for our portfolio of products. The successful candidate will work closely with a regional Team Leader, report daily activities, and play a key part in expanding our distribution network across kiosks, warungs, and local convenience stores.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned outlets (kios, kelontong, warung) on a daily basis to present product range, negotiate shelf‑space, and close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, pricing, and promotional compliance for each outlet.
  • Expand the current coverage area by identifying and onboarding new retail partners that meet client criteria.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to each outlet, coordinating with the logistics team to meet agreed delivery windows.
  • Prepare and submit a concise daily sales report to the Team Leader, highlighting achieved targets, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity in the field and provide actionable insights to the marketing department.
  • Participate in weekly field meetings, share best practices, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Uphold company standards for professionalism, safety, and customer service while operating the company‑provided motorcycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a motor sales representative, TO/MD, or promoter, preferably in the retail tobacco sector.
  • Valid motorcycle (C license) and active vehicle documents (SIM C, STNK).
  • Must reside within the designated placement area or be willing to relocate to the assigned zone in Kalimantan.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with small‑business owners.
  • Self‑discipline to work independently in the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Basic analytical ability to interpret sales data and adjust tactics accordingly.
