Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Operator Produksi dan Pengendalian Kualitas to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. This role is essential for maintaining the seamless flow of production while ensuring that every product meets our strict quality standards. As a front‑line member of the plant, you will work closely with supervisors, maintenance staff, and the quality assurance department to deliver high‑quality goods on schedule.
The position offers a stable, full‑time schedule from Monday to Saturday, with clear expectations for teamwork, communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Candidates must be ready to live on‑site in the company mess and be available to start immediately.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality inspections at each stage of the production process, recording measurements and noting any deviations.
- Document production output, defect rates, and corrective actions in the daily logbook or electronic system.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to report equipment malfunctions and assist with minor troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Calculate production yields, material consumption, and labor efficiency, providing accurate reports to supervisors.
- Participate in shift handovers, ensuring seamless communication of any issues or pending tasks.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives by suggesting process optimizations and participating in Kaizen events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including attendance, punctuality, and mess residency requirements.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks such as filing production paperwork and updating inventory records.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 25 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Religion: Muslim (as per company policy).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly to teammates and supervisors.
- Basic numeracy and the ability to perform simple calculations related to production metrics.
- Either experienced or fresh graduates are welcome; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Must not be currently employed elsewhere and must be willing to reside in the company mess.
- High level of reliability and a commitment to staying for the full duration of the shift schedule.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
