Introduction

AmarthaLink, a leading fintech platform dedicated to empowering micro‑entrepreneurs across Indonesia, is expanding its network in the Magetan region. We are seeking a proactive Agent Partner – Sales Akuisisi who will be instrumental in acquiring new agents, fostering strong relationships, and driving the growth of our service footprint. This full‑time position offers a dynamic work environment where field work, strategic planning, and community engagement intersect.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in accordance with monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct outreach sessions to educate prospective agents about the benefits, features, and operational procedures of the AmarthaLink platform.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing agents to ensure high satisfaction and seamless operational support.
  • Provide on‑site training and ongoing mentorship on system usage, product portfolio, and best‑practice sales techniques.
  • Monitor agent transaction volumes, performance metrics, and compliance, intervening promptly to resolve issues.
  • Analyze local market potential, competitor activity, and demographic trends to formulate actionable expansion strategies.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on acquisition progress, agent performance, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor promotional materials and campaigns for the target region.
  • Maintain accurate records in MS Excel or Google Sheets, ensuring data integrity for strategic decision‑making.
  • Travel within the assigned territory on a daily basis, using a personal two‑wheel vehicle and a valid SIM C.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or equivalent.
  • At least 12 months of proven experience in acquisition sales within e‑commerce, PPOB, telecom, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Magetan area, including local business networks and community dynamics.
  • Possession of a reliable motorbike and a valid driver’s license (SIM C).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication etiquette, persuasive selling ability, and a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Open to working Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend or evening engagements for events.
