Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Penjualan to lead our sales operations in the vibrant market of Depok. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence within the rapidly growing vape industry, fostering strong relationships with retailers and distributors, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of at least five years in sales management, a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, and the ability to motivate a team to consistently exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, visit, and cultivate relationships with existing and potential vape shops, specialty stores, and distributors across Kota Depok and surrounding areas.
  • Develop and implement territory sales plans that align with corporate objectives, ensuring coverage of high‑potential accounts.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers, providing product education, promotional support, and after‑sales service to enhance loyalty.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, adjusting tactics as needed to respond to market trends.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new vape products, coordinate in‑store promotions, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior sales representatives, fostering a high‑performance culture through coaching, performance reviews, and goal setting.
  • Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences to recommend actionable strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the sale and distribution of vaping products.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s current hiring policy).
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the vape, tobacco, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business channels and nurture long‑term customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for tracking leads and reporting.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional travel to client locations.
