Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional wait staff to join our dynamic Food & Beverage (F&B) team. As a Tim Waiters Profesional dan Ramah Pelanggan, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to each guest. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, with regular hours from 08:00 to 17:00. The ideal candidate is disciplined, honest, and presents a clean, well‑groomed appearance while thriving in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and monitoring overall sanitation standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bar personnel, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues promptly.
- Handle payment transactions, process receipts, and manage cash registers with precision and integrity.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, address concerns immediately, and follow up to ensure a memorable visit.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings, staff meetings, and ongoing training sessions to stay current with menu changes and service standards.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with local laws and company policies.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking of service stations, and preparation of dining room setups for special events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work harmoniously with diverse staff.
- Professional, tidy appearance and personal grooming standards.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to shift changes as needed.
