We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our front‑of‑house team as Waiter – Customer Service Specialist. Responsibilities

The Waiter will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they are seated until they leave. Core duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and answering questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and preparation methods.
  • Accurately taking food and beverage orders using handheld POS systems and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes, checking for correctness, and handling any modifications or special requests.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, polishing silverware, and resetting after each service.
  • Processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash handling procedures with precision.
  • Collaborating closely with fellow waitstaff, hosts, and managers to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
  • Resolving guest complaints or concerns swiftly, offering appropriate solutions, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including proper food handling and personal grooming standards.
  • Participating in regular training sessions, menu tastings, and staff meetings to stay updated on new offerings and service protocols.

Requirements

Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Minimum of a D3/D4 degree; however, candidates with at least a high school (SMA/SMK) qualification are also considered.
  • Experience: Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality service is preferred, though enthusiastic newcomers with strong interpersonal skills are welcome.
  • Age: Applicants should be within the appropriate legal working age range.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Personal Attributes: Honest, disciplined, and possesses a polished, courteous appearance.
  • Availability: Must be able to work full‑time from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and should not be concurrently employed elsewhere or engaged in full‑time studies.
  • Core Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and a genuine passion for delivering top‑notch food and beverage service.
