Introduction

Toyota Indonesia is seeking dynamic and charismatic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassador and Influencer. This role is pivotal in amplifying Toyota’s brand presence across digital platforms, engaging with current and potential customers, and representing the values of quality, innovation, and reliability that Toyota stands for. The successful candidate will act as the public face of the brand, leveraging personal networks and social‑media expertise to create authentic, compelling stories that inspire enthusiasm for Toyota’s vehicle portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) that showcases Toyota models, features, and lifestyle benefits.
  • Maintain an active presence on major social‑media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, posting regularly in line with the brand calendar.
  • Collaborate with Toyota’s marketing team to align influencer campaigns with product launches, promotional events, and seasonal offers.
  • Attend and represent Toyota at auto shows, dealership events, community outreach programs, and corporate gatherings.
  • Interact with followers, answer product‑related questions, and provide real‑time feedback to the marketing department.
  • Monitor social‑media metrics, generate performance reports, and suggest data‑driven improvements for future campaigns.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with other micro‑influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand reach.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with automotive trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing tools.
  • Support sales teams by driving qualified leads through personalized outreach and referral programs.
  • Uphold Toyota’s brand guidelines, ensuring all content reflects the company’s professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Age: Up to 28 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Professional appearance and strong personal brand.
  • Relevant experience (0‑2 years acceptable) in sales, insurance, banking, leasing, automotive, or property sectors is considered a plus.
  • Active presence on at least two major social‑media platforms with a demonstrable follower base (minimum 5,000 followers per platform is preferred).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content creation software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva), and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for automobiles, especially Toyota’s product line, and a genuine interest in automotive culture.
