Introduction

The role involves supporting daily store activities, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for customers, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash register reconciliation and security checks.
- Maintain merchandise presentation by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring price tags are accurate.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to customers, answering inquiries, and directing them to appropriate sections.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and help with stock taking during periodic audits.
- Support the implementation of the store’s management system, including scanning items and updating product information.
- Keep the store premises clean and orderly, handling waste disposal, floor sweeping, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (open to all qualified candidates).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Basic proficiency in using a store management system and familiar with common retail software.

- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
