We are currently expanding our presence in Singkawang and are seeking a motivated Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position works Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a vibrant environment where sales professionals can thrive while helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute the end‑to‑end sales process in accordance with Adira’s policies, ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Present, explain, and recommend Adira’s financing products—such as personal loans, motor vehicle loans, and small‑business credit—to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet each customer’s needs.
- Collect, verify, and process consumer credit applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with internal risk‑assessment standards.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and face‑to‑face interviews with customers to assess creditworthiness, capture relevant data, and input findings accurately into the company’s CRM and loan management system.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, networking events, and partnership channels, while nurturing relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline the loan approval workflow and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and market feedback to the regional manager for strategic planning.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact product positioning or sales tactics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA), Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 21 – 29 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by local labor regulations for this role).
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, consumer credit, or related sectors.
- Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust quickly with diverse customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially CRM and loan processing systems.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and occasional overtime during peak promotional periods.
