Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist Beauty Specialist to join our growing team of wellness professionals. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a modern, client‑focused environment where beauty therapy is integrated with holistic health practices. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality cosmetic treatments, educate clients on proper skin care, and collaborate closely with nurses, midwives, and other beauty specialists to deliver a seamless experience. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with a supportive schedule that respects work‑life balance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin type, concerns, and desired outcomes.
- Perform a variety of beauty therapies, including facial treatments, micro‑needling, laser hair removal, and body waxing, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment plans, product usage, and post‑procedure care instructions.
- Collaborate with nursing or midwifery staff when treatments intersect with medical considerations, ensuring all procedures comply with health regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies by attending workshops and continuing education courses.
- Promote retail products and recommend after‑care regimens, contributing to the salon’s revenue goals.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of the treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is sterilized and supplies are stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling client inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Participate in team meetings, share best practices, and support colleagues in achieving collective performance targets.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, aged 28 years or younger.
- Minimum education:
- D3 in Midwifery (Kebidanan) or Nursing (Keperawatan) with a valid, active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi), or
- SMK diploma in Beauty Care (Kecantikan) with a strong portfolio of practical experience.
- High school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education is the absolute minimum for entry‑level positions.
- Demonstrated ability to work responsibly within a team environment, showing reliability and punctuality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail, especially regarding sanitation, product application, and client safety.
- Passion for continuous learning and a willingness to obtain additional certifications in advanced beauty therapies.
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling, record‑keeping, and using salon management software.
