We are seeking a diligent and results‑driven Petugas Remedial Penagihan (Remedial Collection Officer) to join our operations and ensure timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all activities are completed within the stipulated timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of credit accounts, identify high‑risk delinquencies, and prioritize collection actions accordingly.
- Prepare and send reminder notices, phone calls, and written communication to borrowers, maintaining a professional and respectful tone.
- Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring options with customers while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Document all collection activities accurately in the CRM system, providing detailed reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to understand the underlying reasons for default and suggest preventive measures.
- Participate in weekly performance reviews, offering insights on trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with internal audit standards and external financial regulations throughout the collection cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or related financial services is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
- Male candidates only, as per the current posting requirements.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using collection software, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis tools.
- Willingness to be placed in Kepanjen, Jawa Timur, in accordance with the applicant’s domicile.
