Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a spotless work area, ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and dining spaces meet strict sanitation and safety standards.
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude, take orders accurately, and deliver meals promptly while handling any special requests.
- Support daily store operations such as restocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and managing waste disposal.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to coordinate shift handovers, ensuring a smooth transition between teams.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, packaging, and cleaning materials, reporting shortages to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to all health‑code regulations, including proper hand‑washing, glove usage, and temperature controls.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on food safety, customer service excellence, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; possession of a valid graduation certificate or SKL.
- Age limit: 27 years old or younger.
- Not currently enrolled in full‑time school or university programs.
- Physical fitness to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings (07:00 – 22:00).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and respond courteously to customer inquiries.
- Demonstrated teamwork mindset; able to cooperate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- High level of personal integrity, punctuality, and responsibility.
- Basic understanding of food safety principles is a plus, though on‑the‑job training will be provided.
