Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager – External to join our growing team covering the regions of Fak‑Fak, Kaimana, and Pulau Seram. This role is a pivotal part of our sales organization, responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and acting as the primary liaison between customers and our internal support functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to adapt quickly to new products and market conditions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with existing customers, ensuring long‑term relationship health.
- Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, cold‑calling, email campaigns, and direct sales visits.
- Conduct thorough market surveys to understand local needs, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Present product offerings, negotiate terms, and close sales while adhering to company pricing and policy guidelines.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecast pipelines, and maintain detailed administrative documentation for each transaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as logistics, finance, and technical support—to guarantee timely delivery and post‑sale service.
- Provide fast, helpful, and independent support to customers, responding to inquiries within agreed service levels.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Travel within assigned territories (Fak‑Fak, Kaimana, Pulau Seram) as required, using a valid SIM A driving license.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales and a genuine interest in building client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively.
- Quick learner capable of mastering product details and technical specifications independently.
- Proactive, fast‑response mindset with a helpful attitude toward customers.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
