Introduction
Our Creative Studio is seeking a motivated Assistant Professional Photographer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a young, enthusiastic individual with a solid foundation in multimedia education who is eager to develop practical photography skills in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. The successful candidate will support senior photographers, manage studio equipment, and contribute to the creation of compelling visual content for a variety of commercial and artistic projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead photographers in setting up lighting rigs, backdrops, and props for studio shoots.
- Prepare and maintain camera equipment, lenses, tripods, and accessories to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate camera under direction, managing exposure settings, focus, and composition to capture high‑quality images.
- Conduct basic post‑production tasks using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and VN, including color correction, cropping, and file organization.
- Coordinate with models, clients, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to shoot schedules.
- Maintain a tidy and safe studio environment, performing routine equipment checks and inventory management.
- Support the editing team by delivering raw files promptly and labeling assets according to project guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies.
- Handle administrative duties such as booking appointments, updating project logs, and communicating deadlines.
- Adapt quickly to changing client needs and work effectively under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Male candidate (as per client specifications).
- Minimum education: SMK Multimedia or equivalent; D3/D4 preferred.
- Proficient in operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras with a solid grasp of exposure triangle concepts.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and VN editing software.
- Valid driving license (SIM C mandatory; SIM A preferred).
- Basic photography skills, including composition, lighting, and portrait techniques.
- Honest, courteous, and responsive attitude toward tasks and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Not currently enrolled in a university program or employed elsewhere.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
