Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze market data, consumer trends, and competitor activities specific to the cosmetics sector.
- Support senior analysts in preparing reports that highlight sales performance, product profitability, and forecasted demand.
- Assist in the development of product specifications by translating customer feedback into clear, actionable requirements.
- Maintain and update internal databases using computer‑admin tools, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings to communicate findings and recommend improvements to product lines, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
- Provide frontline support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and social media initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects by suggesting process enhancements and new analytical techniques.
- Adhere to the company’s schedule, working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age between 18 and 25 years.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, especially administrative software and data entry tools.
- Strong desire to learn and develop analytical skills within the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, customer‑focused attitude.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities; fluency in Indonesian is required.
- Open to candidates with no prior professional experience; training will be provided.
