Introduction

Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated Account Officer to join our dynamic team in Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy, timeliness, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable overdue collections, ensuring that all outstanding payments are followed up and resolved efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the A/R overdue portfolio, specifically handling accounts aged 61–120 days.
  • Conduct timely follow‑ups with borrowers via phone, email, and on‑site visits to secure payments.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and restructure overdue accounts in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the credit and risk departments to assess borrower creditworthiness and identify potential defaults.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports for senior management review.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities in the internal CRM system.
  • Identify trends in delinquency and propose process improvements to reduce overdue ratios.
  • Support the onboarding of new accounts by ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes and best practices in multifinance collection.
  • Uphold Adira Finance’s code of conduct, demonstrating integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Gender: Male (as per current posting requirements).
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection – experience in the multifinance sector is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with CRM or collection software.
  • Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office located in the candidate’s domicile area.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
