We are looking for a dynamic Eksekutif Akun Penjualan dan Pengembangan Bisnis to join our fast‑growing sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through direct‑to‑door (D2D) outreach, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market footprint. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers through door‑to‑door visits, cold calls, and community networking.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct on‑site product demonstrations, explain value propositions, and tailor solutions to meet specific customer needs.
  • Develop and execute weekly sales plans, set realistic targets, and consistently achieve or exceed them.
  • Collect market intelligence, analyze competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to the marketing and product teams.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, update CRM records, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and average order value.
  • Coordinate with logistics and field support teams to ensure timely delivery and proper installation of products.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, sales workshops, and team meetings to stay updated on product features and sales techniques.
  • Promote brand awareness through community events, local promotions, and social media engagement where applicable.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 45 years old.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Zero to several years of experience; D2D (door‑to‑door) experience is highly preferred.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong ability to work with and meet sales targets, especially when engaging fresh‑graduate customers.
  • Key skills: Customer needs assessment, relationship building, field coordination, sales target achievement, sales analysis, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency with smartphones, GPS navigation, and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
