Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new press‑market partners (lapak press) to broaden the company’s supply base.
- Conduct negotiations with partners regarding purchase terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate the logistics of purchased goods, ensuring timely and accurate shipment to designated off‑takers.
- Maintain regular communication—both on‑site visits and virtual meetings—with partners to foster strong, long‑term relationships.
- Prepare and submit detailed administrative reports in accordance with established SOPs.
- Monitor and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to resolve any supply‑chain issues that may arise.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to propose improvements in product offerings and service delivery.
- Support the development of promotional strategies to boost partner engagement and sales volume.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Account Officer, Sales Representative, or a related role in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining productive relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Strong coordination capabilities to align operational activities with supplier commitments.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with data analysis, customer needs assessment, and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
