We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista Profesional to join our dynamic coffee and tea outlet. As a key member of our front‑of‑house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our customers, while upholding the highest standards of hygiene, consistency, and creativity. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, specialty drinks, soft drinks, fruit juices, and syrup‑based beverages in strict accordance with our standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Perform daily cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Develop and test new drink recipes, experimenting with seasonal ingredients, alternative milks, and flavor infusions to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
- Maintain a spotless bar and drink‑station, adhering to food‑safety regulations and conducting regular inventory checks of coffee beans, syrups, powders, and consumables.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately, offering personalized recommendations, and handling any inquiries or concerns with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow baristas to coordinate service flow during peak hours, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Train new team members on drink preparation techniques, equipment operation, and customer service standards.
- Track sales data and provide feedback on popular items, helping management adjust pricing and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista or in a similar beverage‑service role.
- Solid understanding of espresso machine mechanics and routine maintenance (preferred).
- Extensive knowledge of coffee varieties, tea blends, soft drinks, fruit juices, and syrup concentrates.
- Proficiency in crafting drinks from powdered mixes, syrup concentrates, and freshly brewed coffee.
- Clean, well‑groomed appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication, creativity, decisiveness, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
