Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join our vibrant learning community in Cakung. Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans for Grades 1‑3, ensuring alignment with the Ministry of Education’s curriculum guidelines.

- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians through meetings, newsletters, and digital platforms to discuss student achievements and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and supervise extracurricular activities, such as arts, sports, and community service projects, to develop well‑rounded learners.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and administrative staff to plan school events, share best practices, and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops, seminars, and peer‑observation sessions to stay current with modern pedagogical approaches.
- Utilize educational technology (e.g., interactive whiteboards, learning management systems) to enhance instruction and student engagement.
- Maintain classroom resources, order supplies as needed, and ensure the learning environment is organized and stimulating.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also welcome.
- Maximum age of 32 years at the time of application.
- Excellent command of English; TOEFL or IELTS certification is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools and basic computer applications.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom that respects cultural and gender diversity.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) is acceptable for Teacher Assistant or Administration Staff roles supporting the primary classroom.
