Responsibilities
As a morning‑shift barista, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Operating the cash register, processing orders accurately, and handling cash and electronic payments.
- Preparing a wide range of coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and light food items according to standardized recipes.
- Ensuring each beverage is presented with consistency, visual appeal, and the correct flavor profile.
- Delivering orders promptly to tables, confirming customer satisfaction, and responding to any special requests.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work station, including regular wiping of equipment, countertop sanitization, and floor sweeping.
- Performing general cleaning duties throughout the café, such as dishwashing, waste disposal, and restroom checks.
- Conducting routine stock checks, recording inventory levels, and notifying the manager of low‑stock items.
- Participating in team briefings, sharing feedback, and supporting colleagues during peak periods.
- Upholding health and safety standards, including proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications and possess the listed soft skills:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 26 years (flexible for fresh graduates).

- At least 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or similar customer‑facing environment.
- Proficiency with bar equipment, espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and courteously to customers.
- Active, agile, and proactive mindset; ability to take initiative and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of dedication, honesty, and professionalism; a well‑groomed appearance is essential.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (opening, middle, closing), weekends, public holidays, and occasional overtime.

- Residence near the café or willingness to commute daily.
