Introduction

To support our growing warehouse network, we are seeking a diligent and proactive Staf Bagian Parts who can manage inventory, coordinate purchases, and ensure seamless administrative processes across all branches.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive warehouse administration, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of spare parts.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for all inbound and outbound inventory movements.
- Monitor stock levels daily and generate timely reports on availability, highlighting any discrepancies.
- Enter and update inventory data in the company’s ERP system, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Conduct monthly stock audits (stock opname) and prepare detailed audit reports for management review.
- Procure spare parts from approved suppliers, negotiate pricing, and coordinate delivery schedules in accordance with supervisor instructions.
- Travel between Jantrakakikaki branches in Solo, Sukoharjo, and other locations as required, ensuring consistent service across the network.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and payment records.
- Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures for inventory control and documentation.
- Provide support during peak periods, including overtime or weekend work, to meet urgent customer demands.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, aged 29 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Office Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or procurement.
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to perform accurate calculations quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Experience using accounting or inventory software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to rolling assignments across all Jantrakakikaki branches.
