Introduction
We are seeking a motivated BIWS System Implementer to join our dynamic team in Bali. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion and performance of our outlet branding initiatives across Bali, Nusa, and Batam. The ideal candidate will combine strong project‑management abilities with a keen eye for market trends, ensuring that our branding outlets operate at peak efficiency while delivering measurable sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment and thorough verification of new branding outlets, ensuring they meet corporate standards and local regulations.
- Monitor construction progress of outlet sites, coordinating with contractors, architects, and local authorities to guarantee timely completion.
- Evaluate and improve outlet performance through regular KPI analysis, implementing corrective actions to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with distributors and regional teams to review outlet performance, share best practices, and align on promotional calendars.
- Oversee the execution of marketing programs at each outlet, ensuring brand consistency, optimal product placement, and effective promotional activities.
- Develop and present detailed performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Coordinate logistics and supply‑chain activities to ensure outlets are stocked appropriately, minimizing stock‑outs and excess inventory.
- Train outlet staff on brand guidelines, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Adapt quickly to changing market conditions, proposing innovative solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
- Travel regularly across Bali, Nusa, and Batam to conduct site visits, audits, and on‑ground support.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in outlet management, brand implementation, or field operations.
- Age: No maximum age limit; we value capability and drive above all.
