Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new potential borrowers, guiding them through Amartha’s enrollment process and encouraging participation in our financial programs.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling and support to household members, helping them improve budgeting, savings, and repayment habits.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and detailed feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s internal policies, risk‑assessment frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present well‑structured recommendations to the credit committee, highlighting borrower creditworthiness and suggested financing terms.
- Accompany members to weekly meetings, facilitating smooth transaction processing, addressing concerns, and reinforcing a culture of transparent financial management.
- Maintain accurate field records, update the CRM system promptly, and report key performance indicators to regional supervisors.
- Collaborate closely with other Business Partners, local community leaders, and Amartha’s support teams to drive collective success.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with up to a Bachelor’s degree (S1) are strongly preferred.
- Age: Must be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required for fresh graduates, though any background in sales, customer service, or community outreach is advantageous.
- Mobility: Ownership of a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Ogan Ilir region.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Residency: Willingness to reside in company‑provided mess facilities during the assignment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in the field, adapt to varying schedules, and be deployed to any Amartha branch as business needs dictate.
