Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kasir (Sumber Baru) – Pengelolaan Transaksi & Layanan to join our dynamic retail team. This position is the front‑line of our customer experience, responsible for accurate transaction processing, cash handling, and delivering friendly service in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of cashier experience, a solid high school education, and the ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments, ensuring proper cash drawer balancing at the start and end of each shift.
- Provide clear and courteous communication with customers, answering product inquiries and resolving minor complaints.
- Maintain a tidy checkout area, including regular cleaning of workstations and monitoring inventory of receipt paper, bags, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with floor staff to restock merchandise, manage returns, and support promotional events.
- Perform end‑of‑day reconciliation, generate transaction reports, and alert management of any discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention, data privacy, and health & safety standards.
- Assist in training new cashiers by sharing best practices for speed, accuracy, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit.

- At least 1 year of proven experience in a cashier or similar retail role.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- High level of honesty, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable handling high‑volume periods and working under pressure.
- Proficient with cash register systems and basic computer skills; familiarity with “Sistem Kasir” is a plus.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
