To support our expanding network of e‑commerce partners, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Motorcycle Couriers. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy being on the move, have a strong sense of responsibility, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic, customer‑focused operation.
Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels from our distribution hubs and deliver them directly to customers’ doorsteps according to the assigned schedule.
- Verify package contents and condition before departure and confirm receipt upon delivery, ensuring that items are neither damaged nor lost.
- Utilize Google Maps or other navigation tools to plan the most efficient routes, adapting quickly to traffic conditions and road closures.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs in the company’s mobile app, including timestamps, signatures, and any delivery exceptions.
- Provide courteous, professional service to customers, answering basic inquiries about shipment status and handling cash‑on‑delivery transactions when required.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the motorcycle (fuel, tire pressure, oil level) to ensure safety and reliability.
- Report any vehicle issues, delivery discrepancies, or customer complaints to the operations supervisor promptly.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety protocols, customer service standards, and new technology tools.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 45 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Valid Indonesian ID (E‑KTP) and an active driver’s license (SIM) appropriate for motorcycle operation.
- Own a reliable motorcycle in good working condition.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 3 GB of RAM to run navigation and delivery apps.
- Ability to use Google Maps or similar navigation tools and willingness to learn additional digital platforms.
- Strong personal traits: punctual, diligent, honest, and capable of working independently while adhering to company policies.
- Basic communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
