Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales EDC professional to cover the Malang, Surabaya, and Madiun regions. This role focuses on expanding the footprint of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) payment solutions among small‑to‑medium enterprises (UMKM) and other merchants. The successful candidate will act as the frontline ambassador of our fintech brand, driving new merchant acquisition, nurturing relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, and offers a clear career progression within a fast‑growing digital payments ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new sales opportunities among UMKM, retail outlets, and service providers within the designated territories.
  • Conduct on‑site canvassing and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of QRIS and our proprietary EDC devices.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and implementation schedules to secure merchant sign‑ups.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas set by the regional sales manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with merchants, providing post‑sale support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging payment trends, and report insights to the product team.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and forecast data using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate promotional events, onboarding sessions, and technical installations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product features, regulatory changes, and best practices in fintech sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales roles such as QRIS sales, motorized sales, or canvassing.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and ownership of a reliable motorcycle for field visits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with merchants.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Customer‑focused mindset, problem‑solving orientation, and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic office applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Open to working flexible hours when required to accommodate merchant schedules.
