Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door sales visits across assigned neighborhoods, presenting product features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
- Establish and maintain strong, trust‑based communication with customers, addressing inquiries, handling objections, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by actively promoting product installations, upselling complementary items, and following up on leads.
- Accurately record daily activities, sales figures, and customer feedback using our mobile reporting tools and submit timely reports to the sales supervisor.
- Manage a personal inventory of sales samples and promotional materials, ensuring they are kept in good condition and replenished as needed.
- Gather market intelligence, such as competitor pricing and emerging customer needs, and relay insights to the marketing team.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance standards.
- Maintain the company‑provided or personal motorcycle in safe working condition, adhering to all traffic regulations while on duty.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales or canvassing experience preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Transportation: Ownership of a personal motorcycle is mandatory for field work.
- Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with basic sales reporting tools (mobile apps, spreadsheets).
