Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Koordinator Operasional House Keeping to join our dynamic hospitality team. This pivotal role ensures that all guest areas, back‑of‑house facilities, and public spaces maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. The successful candidate will coordinate daily housekeeping activities, supervise staff, and collaborate closely with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily housekeeping operations across all hotel zones, ensuring timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Supervise and mentor a team of housekeepers, providing clear instructions, performance feedback, and on‑the‑job training.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, corridors, public areas, and service facilities to verify compliance with cleanliness standards and promptly address any deficiencies.
- Coordinate with front‑desk, maintenance, and food‑and‑beverage teams to prioritize room turnovers, special requests, and emergency clean‑up situations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, placing orders when necessary while controlling costs.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in line with local regulations and corporate policies.
- Prepare shift rosters, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels for both daytime and night shifts.
- Report operational metrics, such as room readiness rates and guest satisfaction scores, to senior management on a weekly basis.
- Foster a culture of professionalism, courtesy, and honesty among housekeeping staff, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for excellence.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 35 years or younger.
- Minimum educational qualification: SMA, SMK, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and handle shift work with flexibility.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and a genuine desire to contribute to a high‑performing team.
- Excellent personal conduct: polite, honest, and reliable.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian; good communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift moderate loads when required.
