Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Technician – Civil (DW Project) to join our facilities team. This role is essential for maintaining the structural integrity and overall appearance of our building portfolio, ensuring that all areas are safe, functional, and ready for guests and staff alike. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in civil construction practices, a hands‑on attitude, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Daily Building Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of structural components, flooring, walls, ceilings, and external facades, identifying any wear, damage, or safety hazards.
- Preventive Repairs: Perform scheduled preventive tasks such as sealing cracks, repainting surfaces, and tightening structural elements to avoid costly emergency repairs.
- Reactive Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to work orders for urgent repairs, including fixing broken tiles, repairing damaged concrete, and addressing water infiltration issues.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all civil work complies with local building codes, occupational health and safety regulations, and internal safety protocols.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records of completed tasks, materials used, and any incidents, providing detailed reports to the Facilities Manager.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with other maintenance technicians, housekeeping, and external contractors to coordinate larger renovation projects and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) in a related field, or equivalent.

- Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts and practical construction techniques.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and keen attention to detail.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work at heights when required.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
