This full‑time, on‑site role is based in East Java, preferably Surabaya, and involves direct, mobile interaction with prospective clients to promote our cutting‑edge IT products and services under the GAUNG brand. Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive canvassing activities to identify and acquire new customers across the Surabaya metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine a results‑driven sales strategy aligned with company revenue goals.
- Visit corporate offices, retail locations, and industrial sites to present tailored IT solutions, including computers, CCTV systems, and network services.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and consultative presentations that uncover client needs and match them with appropriate GAUNG offerings.
- Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales quotas by managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation through negotiation and closing.
- Provide product training and technical education to customers and internal team members, enhancing overall product knowledge and adoption.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline within the CRM system, delivering regular status reports to sales leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and support teams to relay market feedback and assist in the development of new service offerings.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
Requirements
- Age: 25‑40 years.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; D3/D4 candidates with strong experience are also considered.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience in computer hardware, CCTV, or IT networking services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills; ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Hands‑on experience with canvassing and field sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess client requirements and propose optimal solutions.
- Valid SIM C driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively on a mobile basis.
- Physical and mental fitness to handle a demanding schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 07:30‑16:30).
- Residency in East Java, preferably Surabaya.
